Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery for Canadian orders if the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for orders from the United States at this time.
Refunds are processed based on the following scenarios:

- If your order did not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at contact@shopbest.ltd with your order number. We will verify the shipping status with our carrier and, if deemed lost, issue a full refund or replacement.

Damaged on Arrival
- If your item arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 3 days of receiving the product at contact@shopbest.ltd with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will evaluate the claim on a case-by-case basis and, if approved, issue a refund or replacement.

Faulty Manufacturing or Issues After Use (Warranty)
- For issues related to faulty manufacturing within the first 30 days, please contact us with a description of the issue and photos if applicable. We will evaluate your claim, and if the defect is covered by our warranty, you may be eligible for a repair, replacement, or refund.

Buyer Changed Their Mind
- If you change your mind about a product, it may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided it is unused, in its original packaging, and in resaleable condition. A full refund minus return shipping costs will be processed upon inspection.

Incorrect Product Delivered
- If you received the wrong product, please notify us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the incorrect item. We will arrange for a return and correct this mistake by providing the right product or issuing a full refund.
Initiating a Refund
